What is Sick Gear’s warranty policy?

Sick Gear guarantees that every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. In standing by this guarantee, Sick Gear provides a limited lifetime warranty, to the original owner, on all products against defects in materials or workmanship. If purchased from a retailer or website and you need to return or exchange an undamaged item, please contact the dealer from which you purchased your Sick Gear product.

For products purchased direct from our Sick Gear’s website www.sickbrands.com all defective or damaged products should be returned to our return address (below) for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accident, normal wear & tear, improper care, misuse or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time are not covered by warranty. Sick Gear does not process returns or exchanges for undamaged product.

Special Instructions for Warranty Returns (U.S. ONLY) For the quickest service please follow these instructions:
  • All products being returned require a Return Authorization (RA) number. It is critical to email and receive an RA number prior to sending your item. Email info@sickbrands.com to receive an RA number. Provide a phone number and you will be contacted within 2 business days.


  • Write your RA number on the outside of the package. If a package does not clearly and legibly display a complete RA number, it will be returned, unprocessed, to the sender.


  • A receipt of proof of purchase is required. Please include the receipt in the package with the returned goods.


  • Contact information and issue are required. Please include a letter with your name, address and phone number as well as the problem you are having and/or what happened to your product.


  • Clean items prior to sending. All items received for inspection and/or repair must be cleaned per instructions as required by law. Items received that are deemed insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.


  • Identify issue on the garment. Mark affected area with masking tape, a rubber band, or another method that does not permanently damage the garment.


  • Shipping information: Customer is responsible for giving a secure return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Sick Gear. Sick Gear will pay the return shipping costs for processed items. We ship all return warranty items via USPS, UPS or FedEx ground. If expedited return shipping is desired, the customer will be required to pay the difference between ground and the expedited shipping cost, and possibly an expedite fee.


  • Timing for Repairs: Typical turn-around time is three to four weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. During peak season, turn around time may take up to six weeks.


  • Return Address:  A valid return shipping address will be provided with the respective return authorization.

Does Sick Gear's printing process produce consistent and durable images?

Sick Gear uses both screen printing and direct-to-garment printing to produce its printed apparel. Both processes are extremely consistent and durable. Sick Gear recommends you wash your garments inside-out in cold water to maximize the life of your product.

Note that we have done our best to display exact product images; however, they are for illustration purposes only. Therefore, you may notice a slight color or sizing variation upon receipt.


Does Sick Gear accept phone orders?

Not at this time as email has proven to be faster. If you wish, we can call you to discuss any questions.



Does Sick Gear accept money orders?

We are only able to accept domestic money orders at this time. If you are in the U.S., send a money order payable to Sick Gear Inc to: Sick Gear Inc.4064 Lincoln Ave #290Chicago, IL 60618 Please include a note stating the products(s), size(s), color(s), styles(s) and quantity you desire. NOTE: Do not forget shipping rates are $3.00 for the first item plus $2.00 for the second item and each additional item.



How long will it take to receive my order once I have placed my order?

Delivery could take up to 15 days but it is typically sooner. Once you place your order, our credit card processor validates your credit card information and assigns an order number to your transaction. This takes anywhere from a few hours to a full 48 hours. Once we receive the order number at Sick Gear, we typically package and ship them within 5 business days. In rare situations, it might take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship all packages in the USA via USPS Mail, which typically takes an additional 3-5 business days. This may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska, and rural areas.



Does Sick Gear provide wholesale and team discounts?

What does Sick Gear charge for shipping items in the USA?

FREE Shipping on 3 items, we charge $3 for any 1 item and $5 for any 2 items.
